How do you price an office?
Three things: square footage, visits per week, and scope (restroom count, kitchen, floor types). After a 20-minute walkthrough you get one flat monthly number in writing within 48 hours. Larger spaces than ~2,500 sq ft are quoted at the walkthrough.
What about keys, codes and alarms?
Most clients give us a key or fob and an alarm code. Access is logged, keys are coded (never labeled with your address), and we are bonded for exactly this reason.
Can we switch from our current cleaning company mid-contract?
Usually, yes — most janitorial agreements have a 30-day out clause. We can time your first visit to land the day after your current service ends so there is no gap.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us and it is fixed on the next visit — or sooner if it matters. The owners do scheduled quality walkthroughs, and you always have a direct line to them, not a call center.
