Four panes. One family.
GMBB isn't a franchise acronym dreamed up in a boardroom. It's George, Mark, Bianca and Brandon — four kids' initials, and our parents' company.
Why our logo has four panes
Our parents spent decades working hard for the four of us. When it was time for them to build something of their own, we built it with them: a commercial cleaning company rooted in Troy, run by family, with our initials on the door.
The logo is a window with four panes — one for each of us — and one pane shining. That's the whole promise in one mark: offices, family, and the work itself. When a GMBB crew cleans your office, the owners aren't an investment group three states away. They're Mom and Dad, and they will personally walk your building to make sure it's right.
We're a young company by design. Every account we take on gets the kind of attention big janitorial outfits can't give — because we're building a reputation in our own hometown, one office at a time.
The standards we hold ourselves to
We show up
Reliability is 90% of this business. Same crew, same night, every week — that's the product.
Owner eyes on every job
Quality checks are scheduled, written down and done by the people whose name is on the company.
Honest scope
We tell you what's included and what isn't — before you sign, not after something's missed.
Local for real
Troy is home. Tight local routes are why our crews are never rushed and never late.
